About Me

Hi there! My name is Hayley, and I'm an illustrator based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Growing up, I was enchanted by the art I saw in books and movies, which sparked my passion for storytelling. My home boasts a unique blend of cultures, nature, and people that inspire me, and I often find myself drawing from history and fantasy in my illustrations. Crafting moments that are packed with emotion and convey authentic connections between characters is at the very heart of my work, and I love to combine my drawings in pencil with digital media to achieve this.

I cultivated my passion for storytelling at the University of Kansas, where I graduated with a BFA in Illustration and Animation. I have had the pleasure of working with several clients over the years, including Crooked Media, Creative Consumer Concepts, and Beaver’s Pond Press. My work spans industries, including book illustration, animation, and graphic design.

In my free time, I enjoy running obscenely long distances and perusing local bookstores.
